Our Policies

SALES / ORDERS / SHIPPING / RETURN

When you place an order via the internet you will receive an email of the credit card transaction. By checking the box "terms and conditions" and the "Checkout" button below, you acknowledge that you are giving us permission to deduct the funds for this order including any shipping and/or applicable sales tax from your credit card account and that you are in acceptance of Our Sales Policy.

Our Promise:
We promise to serve the public, as nearly as we can, to its complete satisfaction and will try to be fair and reasonable with each customer on any complaint or adjustment, always considerate of the customer's point of view.

Ordering:
We do not keep credit card information. Items are normally processed and shipped within 5 business days. Occasionally we may partial ship in two shipments to complete an order but “Out of Stock items will not be backordered. These items should be reordered at a later date. If you keep your email address current, we will announce monthly when items are restocked. A minimum order maybe required for free shipping offers. General Public promotions do NOT apply to wholesale orders. If there are special promotions for the Wholesale customer they will be clearly stated in a separate email to just Wholesale customers.

Sales Tax: We only collect Sales Tax on purchases shipped to an address within the state of Arizona. Sales Tax rates are subject to change.

Shipping Cost: The amounts indicated for shipping, reflect rates for delivery within the continental U.S. Your online order statement will include a calculation of shipping charges.

We ship the majority of orders using USPS Priority & First Class Mail. Wholesale orders may be shipped using UPS. Orders shipped outside the US, often require customs forms to be completed and may require the customer to pay some duty charges.

Returns: When you receive an order, take a look at it. If you are not completely satisfied, contact us for a Return Authorization Number. Then ship the item back to us with a copy of your receipt. Include the RA# on the outside of the package. The item must be shipped insured, with signature required to the address below. Shipment without a RA# will be refused.

NOTE - Insurance: All packages over $50 in value will be insured. The cost is reflected in the shipping and handling rates. For Questions use the comment box during check-out.

NOTE - Shipping: Shipping time is based upon USPS priority mail or UPS Ground. Delivery Times: You can expect delivery in 5 to 10 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Currently shipments addresses outside of the USA to Canada may be to limited areas based upon our carriers. The delivery address must match the address on your Credit Card Statement. Merchandise in stock will be shipped via USPS priority mail unless you are otherwise notified by us. Please fill in your street address information (or ship to address information, if different), we reserve the right to determine if we will ship to an address that may be different than the registered credit card address. Items out of stock will not be backordered. These items should be reordered at a later date. Your order may take up to 2 weeks for USPS delivery. Each order is shipped within 5 business days. However, once an order has been shipped, we have no control over how long it will take to arrive. Please call us at (623) 412-8822 to discuss any shipping concerns. If you wish to resell anad you are in the state of Arizona, we will need to have a Re-sale Tax ID number on file for your company or we will have to charged sales tax on your total order including shipping. Our Return/Exchange Policy: YOUR SATISFACTION IS OUR PRIMARY CONCERN. If you have a problem with any merchandise, please call us at (623) 412-8822 for assistance or a return authorization number within 14 days of receipt. Goods to be returned must include all original packaging and a copy of your invoice. You MUST CALL US FIRST FOR AN RA#, then pack items carefully and we will provide you with a return address where you should ship to.

Damage Claims: Since your package is insured through USPS, if there is damage to the merchandise, you should address your loss with the carrier upon delivery. With USPS shipments, you must keep damaged merchandise with its original carton. If you see any obvious damage, note it on the delivery slip if possible. Call your local USPS office to schedule an inspection of the damage. When the original package is returned to us, we will replace the damaged merchandise at no additional charge but you must return it to the address we provide with the RA# clearly marked on the outside of the package and inside on the copy of the invoice.

Lost Orders: On a rare occasion, an order will be lost in shipping. Once an order has left our shipping department, use of the USPS or UPS tracking number must be used. We do our best to assist you in recovery and/or replacement.
